Andrew Baldwin, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., second from left, earns a Combined Federal Campaign Hero Award for being a top performer in the 2012 CFC - Pikes Peak Region.
