Database of NCI's 60 Cell Line Anti-cancer Drug Screen Results

Description

  • Screening results for the ability of ~70,000 compounds to kill or inhibit the growth of a panel of 60 human tumor cell lines.
  • Uses the COMPARE algorithm to examine the drug sensitivity for a given compound in the 60 cell lines versus the drug sensitivity patterns of ~70,000 compounds.
  • COMPARE can also analyze drug sensitivity patterns for thousands of molecular targets across the 60 cell lines. For many of the compounds, 3D structures are also provided.
