General Information

Defense Logistics Agency Pacific is the Defense Logistics Agency's focal point for issues in the Pacific theater, to include the role of primary liaison to the United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) and the United States Forces Korea (USFK) Command.  We provide a unified DLA interface for warfighters throughout the Pacific, integrating DLA support within the Pacific theater and reaching back to other DLA activities in the continental United States for logistics solutions.

The DLA Pacific HQ is located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.  To better support Warfighters in Korea, we have a subordinate forward command, DLA Pacific Korea.

The DLA Pacific Korea command is based in Daegu, Korea, the hub of logistics support for the Korean Theater of Operations, with the DLA Pacific Korea Commander and planning staff works closely with Service logisticians to integrate DLA into both planning and operations. The DLA Pacific Korea command constantly stands ready to form a full scale DLA Support Team (DST) to support exercises or operations in Korea, with constant training and practice.  Additionally, the DLA Liaison Officer (LNO) to USFK in Seoul directly interfaces with USFK and Eighth Army to address their strategic level issues and to ensure an in depth understanding of DLA capabilities.  Warfighter Support Representatives (WSRs), situated throughout Korea, provides face-to-face support and training to their assigned customers with frequent onsite visits.

In addition to Korea, DLA Pacific provides direct support in Hawaii, mainland Japan, Okinawa, Guam, and Alaska.

At Camp Smith, Hawaii, a USPACOM LNO and the Pacific Logistics Operations Center (PLOC) work closely with the USPACOM Staff and the Services component Commands to integrate DLA into their plans and operations.  The LNO, assigned to US Forces Japan (USFJ) in Yokota Air Base, Japan, and Alaskan Command (ALCOM), works closely with the USFJ and ALCOM staff respectfully to integrate DLA support.  WSRs are located in Hawaii, mainland Japan, Okinawa, Guam, and Alaska, to provide onsite customer support, training and interface.
