Planning Schedules

Planning Schedules for Normal Bid and Small Purchase jobs are accessed by:

• Jacket Number
• Agency Code and Requisition Number
• Purchase Order Number

The Purchase Order Number field is numeric only and applies to Central Office procurements. If your purchase order number begins with an alpha search by Jacket Number or Agency Code and Requisition Number only.

Planning Schedules Print Orders are accessed by:

• Program Number and Print Order Number

Planning Schedules Congressional jobs are accessed by:

• Form, Number and Action

Planning Schedules Black Jackets (jobs printed in-house) are accessed by:

• Black Jacket - Enter the jacket number in the first Black Jacket field when no print order is associated with the job.
• Black Jacket Print Order - Enter the jacket number and print order on the same line in the form.
