Synopsis: E68379X - AIP Journals

DESCRIPTION

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to place a subscription with the American Institute of Physics for its “American Physical Society Journals – APS-ALL Collection, Tier 2, Online format”. These materials provide materials not found elsewhere. Access to these publications is needed by NSF program officers in order to help them evaluate grant proposals, find possible grant reviewers, and keep up to date in their fields of scientific expertise.

The subscription is for the period January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms are invited to demonstrate their capability to provide an equivalent service. Responses received by August 25, 2011 will be considered in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
