How do I leave a phone message for a provider?
Call (910) 907-7337 (PEDS) and press option #4. Please note it may take up to three business days for the provider to return the call. If you can not wait that long, please let the clerk know.

Do you offer any kind of advice line?
Yes. We have three highly trained registered nurses who are able to provide home care advice for a large number of common pediactric problems. If you want to speak to the advice nurse or are uncertain whether your child needs to be seen by a provider, please call (910) 907-7337 (PEDS) and press option #5. The nurse will discuss your child's condition and offer advice. If an appointment is needed, the advice nurse will help you arrange it. If you definitley need an appointment, please use option #1 instead.

Do I need an appointment just to get a medication refilled or to get lab results?
No. Generally, you can call (910) 907-7337 (PEDS) and press option#3. A message will go to your provider who will likely be able to help you without a visit.
