Employee Recoginition

Womack recognizes its employees in the form of Bragg'n Buttons.  From these Bragg'n Buttons, an employee of the month is chosen.  We have an Officer, Enlisted, and Civilian employee of the month for both Direct Patient Care and Patient Care Support.  These employees are recognized each month at the Commander's Award Ceremony.  If you would like to recognize an employee for going the extra mile please complete WAMC Form 2503 (Bragg'n Button Employee Recognition Form) and either email it to us as an attachment, drop it into one of the boxes provided throughout the hospital or mail it to us at WAMC Stop A, MCXC-CSD, 2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310-7301. 

The Bragg'n Button Employee Recognition form can be found in each department or by clicking on the link above.  If there are no forms displayed in the departments, someone in the area you are visiting should be able to provide one for you.

Customer Service Division has recently instituted a Wall of Customer Service Heroes.  This wall is for those employees who have gone way above and beyond to provide the best customer service.  The Wall of Heroes is located across from the elevators on the first floor near the Reilly Street entrance.  Please stop by and see what wonderful things our employees are doing.
