Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) provides services to support families of children developmental delays, disabilities, or special learning needs.  It delivers Early Intervention Services (EIS) to eligible infants and toddlers and their families in domestic and overseas areas.

Our website provides up-to-date information and resources for EDIS providers, administrators, military commands, and families.

EDIS is established by Public Law 102-119, which directed the Department of Defense (DoD) to provide services to eligible children in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) External Link, Opens in New Window.
