Electronic Filing

All new cases will be ECF cases when filed except for the following:

  • Pro Se cases

Do note that a judge or special master may deem any case (except Pro Se) at
any stage of the case as an electronic case after proper notice to the
parties.

All complaints and petitions must still be filed at the court in the
traditional paper manner. Once the case is identified as an ECF case by the
Clerk's Office, attorneys will receive a Notice of Designation indicating that
the case has been entered onto our system electronically.
