Enable Registered Vendors Able to Download Notice DataImprove access to FBO notice data so that it can be downloaded by vendors to support their efforts in competing for government contracts.Develop a means for registered vendors (those vendors validated through active SAM registrations and DUNS number) to download notices they have added to their "Watched List" Notices into a file. They will then be able to save the data for import into their own capture management systems. If something changes, because they are “watching” the notice, they will be notified via e-mail, able to log back in, download the updated information and keep their capture management systems current. A limited number of vendors will be invited participate in testing the requirements.FBO Vendor Accounts
Enable Agencies to Solicit Industry InputProvide a means for vendors to identify opportunities for collaboration prior to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by responding to Federal agency opportunities designated for collaboration with industry.Federal agency users will be able to create a Special Notice to advertise collaboration opportunities. Vendors will be able to click the “Industry Input” button on FBO’s home page and the system will return a prescreened list of results. Vend ors will then be able to participate in collaboration opportunities. Vendors can use the “Search Agent” functionality to have the system notify them of any new collaboration opportunities in their given areas of expertise. A limited number of vendors will be invited participate in testing the requirements.FBO Vendor Accounts
