This proves yet again that government can do the job as well or better than big corporations. But the government agency did not have to spend extra billions of dollars on inflated executive salaries, golden parachutes, huge dividends to some share holders, or give millions to PACs and election campaigns. This facility also does a good job on issues concerning railroad safety. And themaritime tracking system it has put in place will be of great help in fighting pirates as well as terrorists. This is great. Thank you and best wishes, Michael E. Bailey.
