Before CIT can schedule a VideoCast event for you, please obtain a work order number with multimedia services (camera work, captions, distribution etc.) from NIH Events Management by contacting ORS so they can route the live video and captioning to CIT. Please contact your AO to get a CIT account so we can provide service.
