Edit 2511 Help

Update Access is required to edit 2511's (direct deal print orders) and you may view only those records with the BAC codes you submitted on your PICSWEB registration form. Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 is required for submitting, viewing, and printing 2511's. If you have the need to save the 2511 with your data, you must have Adobe Acrobat Approval or Acrobat.

Following electronic submission of the 2511 extreme caution is recommended in any updates that may affect the contract.

Records are accessed by:

  • Program and Print Order Numbers.

The following fields may not be edited:

  • Jacket Number, Program Number, Print Order Number, Agency BAC, Purchase Order Number, and Contractor's Code. If an error appears in any of these fields you must Contact your GPO Agency Publishing Specialist in the Central Office or Regional Office you are doing business with immediately.

You must notify GPO Agency Publishing Specialist if you edit the following fields:

  • Amount, JCP #, Material to Contractor Date, Delivery Date Indicator, 1st Partial Ship Date, 2nd Partial Ship Date, 3rd Partial Ship Date, and Complete Ship Date.
