Who Can Register?

Any Federal Government employee with a need to track printing jobs placed through the U.S. Government Printing Office can register for PICSWEB access. You can register for two different access levels: Inquiry Only and Inquiry plus Update, depending on each customer's needs.

Inquiry access will allow you to view planning schedules, archived jacket, current order status, quality assurance, contractor list by program, agency list by program, contractor list, Contractor Payment History, and 907's (Non-Compliance). In addition, you can perform cost estimates for books and pamphlets, simplified snapouts, and cut forms.

Update access will allow you all of the above functions in addition to submitting 907's, and submitting, updating and viewing 2511's (Direct Deal Print Orders). The GPO office you are currently doing business with must approve all requests for update access. Army Reproducibles is restricted to Army users within certain BAC codes.

The PICSWEB system can be accessed from any personal computer (Windows 95, 98, 2000, 2000 Professional, XP, Linux, and Macintosh OS9 and OS10) with Internet access and a browser equivalent of Internet Explorer 5.50, SP2 or later, and Netscape 4.77 or later. Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 is required for submitting, viewing, and printing 2511's.

Registration is simple, just complete the online registration form! Your user id and password will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
