Notices

New Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) Rates effective January 1, 2013

On Friday, December 28, 2012, Federal Register Vol. 77, No. 249 issued notice of changes to the “Privately Owned Vehicle Mileage Reimbursement Rates.” The adjusted mileage reimbursement rates determined by the General Services Administration will be published in FTR Bulletin 13-02 and will apply to official travel performed on or after January 1, 2013. The new rates are as follows:

• Privately owned automobile is $0.565 cents per mile
• Privately owned airplane is $1.33 per mile
• Privately owned motorcycle is $0.535 per mile.
