OCC's Community Bank Director Workshops

The Directors' Workshops are one of many offerings that add value to OCC supervision. Directors are integral to the long-term health and viability of community-based financial institutions. The OCC is committed to providing a support structure that recognizes and builds on that importance.

– Jennifer Kelly
Senior Deputy Comptroller for Mid-Size/Community Bank Supervision

We have designed our workshops to meet the needs of new directors as well as experienced directors who want to review the fundamentals or get critical updates. You will participate in dynamic sessions led by some of OCC's most experienced and qualified professionals and get solid, cost-effective training related to the challenges you face every day. Limited participation in each workshop—just 35 participants—means you will have ample time to network with regulators and colleagues and share ideas and information.
