Alerts and Important Updates Details

In observance of Presidents’ Day, the ONE-DHHS contact center will be closed Monday, February 18th. The center is open until 9:00 PM EST Friday, February 15th and will resume regular business hours Tuesday, February 19th at 7:00 AM EST. 

The AMS self service portal will remain operational during the holiday. Customers may browse FAQs and submit tickets. Please note, however, any tickets submitted will be reviewed once the ONE-DHHS contact center resumes normal business hours.
