"Supercomputing at ESRL. (pdf)

Central UV Calibration Facility (CUCF)
A facility developed and maintained to provide high-accuracy, long-term, repeatable calibrations and characterizations of of ultraviolet measurment instruments for the purpose of recording surface measurements of UV light necessary for the assessment of stratospheric ozone recovery. The facility is jointly supported by NOAA, NIST and U.S. Department of Agriculture.

High Performance Computing
The High Performance Computing group promotes continued progress toward higher-resolution analyses and forecasts by porting FSL and NMC models to massively parallel processors (MPPs), including FSL's own supercomputer.
