UT Austin Speech on Racial Harmony and Cooperation
On October 16, 1995, President Clinton delivered a speech at the University of Texas at Austin. The speech focused on racial harmony and cooperation. The speech also referred to the Million Man March which occurred on the same day as the speech’s delivery.
