The Office of the Secretary of Defense’s Office of Freedom of Information is responsible for all DARPA Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.  Directions for submitting a FOIA Request may be found below.  Requests submitted directly to DARPA will be re-routed to the Office of Freedom of Information and responses may be delayed.

FOIA requests may be submitted in writing to the Office of Freedom of Information or electronically.
