The Equal Opportunity and Diversity Programs (EO&DP) Office is responsible for the overall management of the agency's civilian Equal Employment Opportunity and military Equal Opportunity programs. The objective is to promote full understanding of equal employment opportunity through a continuing affirmative employment program that strives to eliminate discrimination based factors extraneous to job performance.
