We offer two great ways to make appointments at McDonald Army Health Center. To make an appointment, you can either call the Hampton Roads Appointing Center (HRAC) or use the internet web-based appointing system, TRICARE On-Line (TOL) WWW.TRICAREONLINE.COM. The HRAC staff handle an estimated 80,000 calls a month from patients seeking care at one of the four area Medical Treatment Facilities: Fort Eustis, Langley AFB, NMC Portsmouth, and Fort Lee. The HRAC will not make any medical decisions beyond matching available doctors and nurses with patients seeking appointments.
