Radio frequencies rental for official purposes
The Contractor shall provide complete services for the US Embassy in Moscow. Services provided shall include;
A) Rental for (3) sets of radio frequencies, including normal repair and routine maintenance (inclusive of all parts and labor costs);
B) Equipment rental in support of the 3 (three) operative sites;
C) Managing the approval process for frequency use as well as the use of radios; User fee to Russianauthorities for frequencies and use of radios.;
D) On call 24 hour technical support;
E) Additional frequencies and radios for official visits.
The contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear and with no static. Network problems shall be remedied immediately.
