    In order to attend this course it is strongly recommended: that you complete the following online training:

Objectives:

    Topics to be covered include:
  • Requirements of Section 508
  • Technical assistance to the ICs to assure compliance with Section 508 requirements
  • How to conduct or coordinate compliance reviews
  • Requirements for NIH procurement and information technology
  • Difference between Section 504 Reasonable Accommodations and Section 508 Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) accessibility.
