Description:
The focus of this course will be on incorporating Section 508 into the acquisition process reviewing necessary language for solicitations the use of evaluation criteria and information on accepting deliverables (including whom to contact when questions arise).
It will also cover using GSA's BuyAccessible Wizard as a key tool in the process. In addition the course will help CO and CORs request and evaluate documentation provided by the contractors (during the RFP stage during contract negotiation and once the contract is awarded).
This class is worth 3 CLPs of elective/supplemental credit towards one's FAC-COR re-certification.
