Description

This half day Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) workshop equips NIH employees with a unique understanding of themselves, and a unique understanding of their colleagues. These perspectives provide tools in better self management, communication, and relationship management. In preparation for the workshop, attendees take the online MBTI assessment. The MBTI instrument is the most widely used personality assessment of its kind. It is based on well-researched and validated personality theory with proven applications in a variety of fields, including:

*Counseling for individuals and families
