Franklin Fellows Program The Franklin Fellows Program is open to mid- and senior-level professionals from both private sector and non-profit entities, including NGOs, academia, foundations, and associations. Open  
Foster Fellows Program This is one-year, fully-funded fellowship position in the Arms Control, Verification and Compliance Bureau, the International Security and Nonproliferation Bureau, or the Political-Military Affairs Bureau. If you’re a student, the Presidential Management Fellows Program is a training and development program that provides opportunities for outstanding graduate students to enter the Civil Service.
