The 202nd Military Police Group (CID) located at Kleber Kaserne in Kaiserslautern, Germany, provides world-class investigative and protective services to more than 90 countries within the European and African Command
areas of responsibility. Elements of the 202nd MP Group (CID) protect and safeguard Department of
Defense personnel and resources and provide thorough, timely and quality criminal investigative support to commanders and military communities of the U.S. Army, Europe. Special agents with the 202nd also support contingency operations throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Southwest Asia.
Duty in the region, as in other regions, can be fast-paced, challenging and sometimes dangerous, but always professionally rewarding for our special agents. Many special agents also speak more than one language and must work effectively with law enforcement officials of several nations.
