I am getting an error about concurrent logins with my eRA account

eRA Commons suggests the following solution for this error when logging in to their site:

1) Close all browser windows to clear the Concurrent Login error

2) Open a new browser window

3) You will now be able to navigate to Commons and login

This error is usually caused when the red 'X' is clicked to close the browser window. Clicking the red 'X' keeps the session active. To avoid this problem in the future, the 'logout' link should be clicked to properly close the session.
