Agreement Details
ISDP established a three year HHS Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with SAS Institute. The period of performance for the agreement is as follows:
Base Period: 12/31/2011 – 12/30/2012
Option Period 1: 12/31/2012 – 12/30/2013
Option Period 2: 12/31/2013 – 12/30/2014
The SAS ELA provides access to Foundation Technology Software, Enterprise Solutions Software, additional software, and SAS Training and Professional Service hours. For a full list of available products, please view SAS Products included in the ELA.

How do I access the SAS Software?
If you are a government employee or an onsite contractor using government equipment follow these instructions for your organization. For NIH users, submit a ticket to the NIH Service Desk at http://itservicedesk.nih.gov or call 301-496-4357 (local), 866-319-4357 (toll-free), or 301-496-8294 (TTY). The request will be routed to your IC. For HHS users, contact your ISDP IC/Agency Contact.
- I am an off-site contractor. How can I access the SAS software?
If you are an off-site contractor using non-government equipment, please complete the Contractor Use request form located at https://support.sas.com/sastools/dhhsnewrep. Once you have submitted the form, it will be routed to your federal point of contact, Agency approving officer and ISDP for approval. Once approved, you will receive software and license codes directly from SAS. Please note, the license codes will be valid until the end of the current agreement year. Forms must be submitted and approved at the beginning of each agreement year.
- How much does SAS software cost?
The current SAS ELA provides up to 59% off GSA pricing for Foundation Technology software. Each Agency determines how much the software will cost for its internal customers. To find out how much specific software will cost, please contact your ISDP IC/Agency Contact.
