The Apple Store is available to NIH only.

The Apple Store has been created for purchasing the Applecare Repair Agreement. The Applecare Repair Agreement is available to computers that are enrolled in the ISDP program .

The Applecare Repair Agreement pricing is not open to the general public and can be acquired in the following ways:

  • Apple Online Store
    We recognize that some users have had difficulties logging into or registering for access to the new Apple Online Store. We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please follow steps 1 and 2 below.

    2. If you are unable to log-in, please register for access at myaccess.apple.com
    3. If you continue to encounter an error and cannot proceed with the registration, send Shane Gorman an email at Sgorman@apple.com with the specific information below:

      • First and Last Name

      • Phone number
      The user support team will reach out to you directly with the resolution. The team will handle the requests in the order they are received with an expected turn around of 1-2 business days.
