The HHS Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) ended on April 30, 2011. ISDP did not renew the EA, given HHS and NIH customer feedback. All perpetual licenses purchased under the EA do not expire or lapse giving customers the rights to upgrade to the latest version of the products that were available at the time the EA expired. This entitlement enables participating customers to standardize on Windows 7 and Office 2010 platform.

The software on this page is only available for existing licenses that were purchased under the expired EA. For new licenses, please see the Microsoft Product Ordering page.
