6/20/2008 Additional tables were added that show Joinpoint regression line analysis results when up to 4 Joinpoints are allowed. The graphs that show Joinpoint trends lines were updated to be based on Joinpoint analyses with a maximum of 4 Joinpoints. The Joinpoint analyses previously used in the CSR allowed a maximum of 3 Joinpoints. Tables and Graphs that show Joinpoint results in Sections 1 through 28 and Section 33.
