The PD Library filenames are set up by Pay Plan and Series. The user can search for positions in PD Library using three methods:

  • Series Search: Allows a search using the numerical series of the position. (Example: 0301 or 1140)
  • Title Search: Allows a search by using the title of the Position. (Example: Contract Specialist or Budget Analysts)
  • Alphabetical Index: Sorts all PDs by title in alphabetical order. (Example: Find PDs for Economist under "E")
