A major source of information in the area of adverse action and discipline are the decisions of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).  The MSPB is the administrative body charged with adjudicating appeals from employees concerning a variety of matters including adverse action.  To view MSPB Case Reports from 2007 to the present, visit the following link:
