NIHCATS II now online!

The NIH Conference Administrative and Travel Services (NIHCATS) II Contract is an acquisition vehicle available to all Institutes, Centers and Offices (ICs) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to acquire a wide range of administrative, meeting, conference, and travel support services. The NIHCATS II is a support services contract for domestic and international travel, meetings and conference management services and administrative support for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other Federal agencies.

The focus is to provide all the necessary services, qualified personnel, facilities and funding, not otherwise provided by the Government as mentioned in the Statement of Work. Through this procurement, the NIHCATS II will provide multiple, non-mandatory Task/Delivery Order contracts with improved response time and at equitable and reasonable prices to our customers. The Conference Administrative and Travel Services contracting program is a flexible means for NIH and other government agencies to obtain conference, administrative and travel and associated support. The geographic scope of this requirement includes the Continental United States and abroad.

The vendors will perform a broad range of administrative, travel, meeting and conference support. The Contractor period of performance will consist of a base performance period and four one-year option periods. In addition, the Contractor will be responsible for providing a wide range of documentation support, information technology (IT) support, including website design/development, and fiduciary services.

There are five task areas under this contract which include Travel Support, Meeting and Conference Support, Administrative Support, Website Design and Support, and Documentation Support.
There are fifteen labor categories under this contract to perform the variety of services offered under this vehicle. The labor categories include Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Administrative Assistant, Web Project Manager, Web Designer, Web Software Developer, Web Content Administrator, Interpreter, Escort, Statistician, Evaluation Specialist, Audio/Visual Coordinator, Logistical/Technical Support Specialist, Conference Management Director, and Graphic Artist.  Please visit the NIHCATS II website.
