ECS III, an HHS Strategic Source, is a $6 billion, 10-year, Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT products/ services at fixed prices that can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to fulfill IT requirements. Six lots encompass all IT products and related services from simple hardware and software to integrated applications and enterprise services including cloud computing, health and biomedical IT, enterprise licenses, extended warranties, installation, training, maintenance, technical support, mobility, networking, security-related IT, virtualization, and more.
