Since 1996, the Administrative Resource Center - part of the U.S. Department of Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt - has provided a full range of administrative services for various Federal agencies.

ARC is recognized across government as a leader in multiple service lines, including:
- OMB approval as a Center of Excellence for Financial Management
- Designation as a Human Resource Line of Business Shared Service Center, in partnership with Treasury's HRConnect Program Office
- GSA recognition as an Information Systems Security Line of Business Shared Service Center for Security Assessment services
Who We Serve
ARC is a member of the Treasury Franchise Fund. As such, we do not receive direct appropriated government funds. Our funding comes from our customers in exchange for the services we provide.
Our customers benefit from ARC's membership in the Franchise Fund in two major ways:
- First, because of our history of consistent operation and our traditional business principles, ARC is a detail-oriented, cost-conscious organization. We pass these efficiency savings along to you.
