Current Fellows use this on-line
form
to their
contact information. This is how current Fellows inform the PMF
Program Office of any changes to their personal contact
information (e.g., name changes due to marriages), home
mailing address, personal phone numbers, and personal email
address. All PMF Program communications are conducted
via email. We typically send emails to all email addresses
we have on record to ensure delivery (upon appointment as a PMF,
the submission of the Fellow's work email address is typically
provided by the Agency PMF Coordinator; however, Fellows may email
the PMF Program Office to provide such information ahead of
time).
