Event Registration - Workplace Dynamics II: Influencing Others, Communicating, and Learning

If you have registered for prior events, our system will have created an account for you. Please enter your e-mail address and password in the box below. If you are registering for the first time, please complete the form below. The system will store your information and speed your registration for future events. Also, if you are a current NIH trainee, the system will create a “My OITE” account for you.

A “My OITE” account will do two things for you: (1) it will allow you to register for career services appointments, career development events, and other OITE activities by entering only your NIH e-mail address and your password and (2) it will create a page that will allow you to track event registrations and career services appointments you have made.

One of the first pieces of information you will be asked to provide is your “User Type”. You are a Guest if you are not formally associated with the NIH and have no NIH ID badge. You are a Current NIH Trainee/Fellow if you are at the NIH for training. This category includes, postdoctoral, clinical, and research fellows; graduate students; all postbaccalaureate trainees (IRTA/CRTA, NIH Academy, UGSP); and summer interns. Only individuals in this group are eligible to hold “My OITE” accounts and register for appointments in the OITE Career Services Center. Please select NIH Staff as your “User Type” if you are an NIH employee. This category includes contractors.

Once you have completed the registration form, an e-mail will be sent to the NIH e-mail address you provide us. Your must respond to that e-mail to activate your account. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that the e-mail address you enter is correct. Please e-mail us if you do not receive your confirmation e-mail.
