Biosketch:
Ms. Helen Ling is a Senior Grants Management Specialist with the Grants Management Branch (GMB) within the Division of Extramural Activities.  Prior to joining GMB in September 1981, she worked in the Award Unit within the National Institute on Drug Abuse.  Helen has broad grants management responsibility including cooperative agreements, clinical trials, program projects, regular research, career awards, NRSA training/fellowship, SBIR/STTR, and NIH Roadmap T90/R90 grants.
