Current Portfolio/Responsibilities:
Mr. Randy Copeland is a Grants Financial Analyst with the Office Financial Management and Analysis within the Executive Office. Mr. Copeland joined the Office of Management and Analysis in January 2003. Prior to joining the NIH he worked as a Budget Analyst with the U.S. State department. He began his federal career with Internships with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Randy holds a B.S. degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from Frostburg State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
