Training and Presentations
Ombudsmen are available for presentations at staff meetings, briefings, training sessions, and conferences. We also work with small and large groups to develop training programs tailored to the needs and desired goals of the groups. Ombudsmen are experienced trainers and have conducted numerous workshops on conflict resolution; communication and negotiation skills; organizational role analysis; and cross-cultural communication, among other topics.
