Opt Out of Electronic Case Notices
Counsel who are removed as counsel of record in pending cases--and who thus no longer wish to receive electronic notices in those cases--may elect to stop receiving such notices by modifying their CM/ECF settings. To opt out of case notifications, counsel should visit the "Maintain Your Account" feature in the utilities section of CM/ECF.
