Track Usage and Pay Monthly
While PACER billing occurs quarterly, you can track usage and pay monthly. Click on Review Detailed Transaction History once logged in to the Manage My PACER Account utility. The previous month's transactions are available after the 10th of the current month.
Some items to keep in mind if you plan to pay monthly:
- The payment will be posted to your account as a credit until we actually charge your account at the end of the quarter.
- To ensure your payment is applied correctly, it is important to include your PACER Login, dollar amount being paid (if paying multiple accounts) and month you are paying on the check or money order.
- Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, and credit card payment (by phone). The online credit card payment option is only available once a balance is due.
- If your monthly usage is less than $15, we recommend that you wait for your Quarterly Invoice before remitting payment. Balances that do not exceed $15 ($10 for usage prior to 04/01/2012) in a quarterly billing cycle are waived in accordance with the Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule.
