| PMF Guide for Agencies |
The PMF Guide for Agencies provides information on the
roles and responsibilities of the PMF Program Office, Agency PMF
Coordinators, PMFs and their supervisors. It also provides program
policy and procedural guidance to help agencies administer their
PMF Program. As a result of the Pathways Programs regulations, the
Guide will be updated as the PMF Program's Operations
Manual in the future. |

Plan (IDP) |
As of July 2010, this is an optional form that Fellows may use
as their IDP. Fellows should work with their supervisors to
complete the IDP. When using an Agency specific IDP, this
form may be used as a guide to help complete the IDP. This is

| Sample PMF Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) |
As of August 2010, this is a sample PMF MOU to be used when
performing a rotation or developmental assignment at an agency
other than a Fellows employing agency. This form should be
tailored to meet the needs of the specific assignment. PMFs
should consult with their supervisor and/or Agency PMF Coordinator
