Biennial Report 2009-2010
This report provides some specific information about who uses the Office of the Ombudsman/Center for Cooperative Resolution, the range of issues they raise, the modes of intervention we employ, and outcomes achieved. It also includes information on several of our Office’s initiatives and activities. Finally, the report contains our critical observations about the key systemic factors that we believe elicit or exacerbate workplace problems at NIH.
