A standard NIH-approved Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) will be put in place for compounds received from non-commercial sources (e.g. academic investigators, biotechnology companies, or pharmaceutical companies) for inclusion in the NIH Molecular Libraries Small Molecular Repository and these compounds will only be released from the MLSMR under an outgoing material transfer agreement. Structure information on all compounds accepted into the MLSMR will be made publicly available in PubChem and all screening data generated by the MLPCN will be deposited in PubChem after they have been confirmed for accuracy.
