To request a  Wims  Logon Id save this form:  Wims Logon ID Request Form.  Once completed, email or fax it back to the Fire Applications Helpdesk (this information is provided on the form also) for processing.  

To request a Famweb User Id for Sit, 209, AMIS, ARS, AWSR, or Firestat go  fam.nwcg.gov/fam-web/  select the Famweb Logon Request link.
