Robin Rinker is a Presidential Management Fellow at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) working with the Behavioral Research Program (BRP). She earned a Master of Public Health degree in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Health from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. A Certified Health Education Specialist, she previously worked as a Health Educator at the Georgia Institute of Technology where she developed health programming for students, spearheaded Georgia Tech's strategic social media presence and coordinated various campus outreach initiatives.

Current and past BRP mentors include Kara Hall and Wen-Ying Chou.
